arghhh!!!!! atashi sangat bengang sebenarnyaa..sangat bengang dengan syarikat pembekal..ye..sangat bengang..ughhh..apehal diorg ni hah?? susah sangat ke nak tukar '-' jadik 0?? ughh..kalo bagi atashi buat tuh 5 minit jelahhh!!!!

dahla nak produce report takde options langsung..tak fleksibel..sistem macam haram!!! kut ye pun tanak bagi source..make lots and lots and i mean LOTS of options laaaa..ape korang ingat sume PBT buat kije sama ke??? yang bagus tu bagus la..yang macam haram?? camnih sampai kiamat pun x standard sistem haram nih?!!? lu pike la sendiri wehhh

camner leh dapat tender buat sistem nih?? sile jawab??
i see other companies are making HELL lot better systems than your system..not to mention vewy vewy user friendly..and please government agencies..please choose your system vendors wisely..bukan yang mcm haram camnih..i can't see any advantages of this system..hello?? correct me if i'm wrong..

oh yes the system is USABLE..but if it's ONLY usable..it doesn't mean that the system is GOOD at all..sorry to say..but you need to do more research! all the requirements that we want here is not met by the system at all..i repeat NOT AT ALL..its a manual system..you still have to check everything every day..the system can't even alert you on new updates..or even new complaint of the day for god sake..sistem macam ni la yang buat delivery kerajaan macam haram..yes i tell you that..

ARGHHHHHH!!!!

update: akhirnye dah settle..setelah habis sume org kat pejabat ni kene tempias..huhh

Wooow..Woow.. mcm ko mau meletup bile aku baca blog ko nih, nisya. Aku pernah juga merasa 'hangin' sepertimu jua. Tapi kes aku terbalik plak dgn kes mu. Dapek tender gov buat web. Tp tak terkate dugaannye dealing dgn client kat gov sini. Pe2 pun...bersabor je la ek..Sabar ke arah kejayaan..Hehehe...

haha..tula..tahu di pihak vendor pun sedemikian masalahnye..tapi..kes di sini..ialah vendor itu sgt x cukup kakitangan..nak menjalankan projek satu mesia okeh..and pada pendapat atashila..seriously..diorg nih buat research x ckop menyeluruh..for 1 thing..diorg xleh samakan bigger PBT dengan smaller PBT punye style kije..even masa kitorg ader user training pun..user mempertikaikan semula sistem tu..sebab x sama langsung dengan cara kerja..so..that's it lah..

oh ye..nak tambah lagi..
lagi-lagi kije kiotrg kat PBT ni melibatkan public..sumenye kene pantas..kalo lambat nanti kene komplen..for me..kalo takat website tu..atashi tutup mata sebelah lg..haha..tapi dlm kes ini..x dapat weh..kene kejar dateline..nanti bil lambat kuar..public complaint..tu satu..pastu data sampling kene buat..make sure alamat complete..kang bil x sampai..kene komplen lagi..data bukan sket nak proses..puluh-puluh ribu tau..masa sangat kritikal di sini..sekian..

huhu im agree... sistem tu mmg celaka.. user pulak yg kena ikut sistem.. sepatutnya sistem tu direka mengikut kehendak user.. Sistem tu akan kekal ler jawabnye macam tu selagi taik minyak yg dok makan suap dari vendor tu tak kene cekup dengan BPR...
